Cade participated in his first egg hunt this year and had so much fun with the one egg that he found. We were so lucky to be in Utah with his cousins for the hunt but that also meant not many eggs for the little inexperienced one. It was too funny, Cade was so confused why all the kids were running to the field where all the eggs were and once he figured it out he then was so caught up in the one egg that he found that he just didn't care that there were more out there. The rest of the kids were so sweet because they all gave eggs to "baby Cade because he is small." He had plenty of candy and so did mom!
Once the visit was over it was time to pile back in the car and make the trek home. Cade was the first to jump in and figured since he was so quick he could drive for us. I kept telling him that we were going home to see daddy (Jared had to say home because he was on call.) The whole way home Cade would say "see daddy." It was really sweet.
Once we made it home we were greeted with an Easter BBQ prepared by our chef Jared and a cute little basket for our little Cade. As you can see by his shirt Cade was not lacking in the candy department this Easter. We have the best daddy and we were SO excited to see him!! We love you Dad!

I can't wait until I can meet these two guys in person. Glad you had a fun Easter...and jealous that you were only a few hours away and I couldn't see you....come quickly July, come quickly...
Lacey, he looks so handsome in his suit! How fun! In other news, I had a dream last night that my entire Christensen family was staying at your house in Vegas. How hospitable of you!
So cute! He is seriously adorable.
